You and the Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use information and personal data you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy and your choices.

By submitting suggestions or feedback, you agree that we may use and share that feedback without compensation to you. We do not claim ownership of your Contributions, but you remain solely responsible for them and agree not to bring claims against us in relation to your Contributions.

If the Services allow ratings or reviews, they must reflect your real experience and must not contain unlawful, abusive, offensive, discriminatory, false, or misleading content.

We may accept, reject, or remove reviews in our sole discretion. By posting a review, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, translate, transmit, display, perform, and distribute that review content.

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Joel Johnson and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada for disputes arising in connection with these Legal Terms, subject to the dispute resolution provisions below.

The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct or update information at any time without prior notice.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR CONTENT ERRORS, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, INTERRUPTIONS, TRANSMISSION FAILURES, VIRUSES, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES LINKED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, demand, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, violation of third-party rights, or harmful acts toward other users.

We maintain data you transmit to the Services for operational and performance purposes. Although we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for your data and waive claims against us arising from data loss or corruption.

Visiting the Services, sending emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic notices, signatures, records, and contracts satisfy legal requirements for written communications.

These Legal Terms do not create any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.

In addition to the general intellectual property protections in these Legal Terms, all apparel graphics, minimalist line-art designs, thematic collections, product captions, and marketing copy on the Services are the exclusive property of CREDO.

You agree not to download, screenshot, trace, scrape, reproduce, alter, redistribute, resell, or upload these assets to third-party print-on-demand platforms without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in immediate legal action.

CREDO uses a custom print-on-demand fulfillment model to support sustainable production. Production and shipping timelines shown on the website are estimates only and are not legally binding guarantees.

We are not liable for delays caused by printing partners, carriers, customs, or other unforeseen supply chain disruptions. By placing an order, you acknowledge that minor production timeline variations do not by themselves create a right to a refund.
