Actual colours or appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, printing, production processes, or reasonable manufacturing variation. Please review the applicable sizing information before ordering.

Products, designs, colours, sizes, and quantities are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve or guarantee availability.

We may update, limit, or discontinue products from time to time. Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, materially misdescribed, or otherwise does not conform to applicable legal requirements.

By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected products using the information and prices presented during checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate order, contact, billing, and delivery information.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, payment-related charges, discounts, and the final order total will be displayed or communicated as applicable before the order is completed.

Available payment methods may include online payments and Cash on Delivery where offered. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers and may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.

We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, stock unavailability, delivery limitations, an obvious pricing or product-information error, or a technical issue that prevents fulfilment.

If we cancel a prepaid order after successfully receiving payment, we will arrange an appropriate refund for the cancelled order, subject to applicable payment-processing times.

Shipping, delivery, processing, shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges, tracking, delivery attempts, and return-to-origin matters are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns, replacements, exchanges, refunds, damaged or defective products, incorrect products, and other product-related claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Those policies form part of the terms applicable to purchases made through WearCredo. Nothing in these Terms or those policies excludes or restricts any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

WearCredo may occasionally offer discounts, promotional pricing, coupon codes, launch offers, giveaways, contests, or similar promotions.

A promotion may have its own validity period, eligibility requirements, product restrictions, minimum-order requirements, usage limits, or other conditions. Those conditions will apply in addition to these Terms.

We may modify or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, provided this does not unlawfully affect an order that has already been accepted.

Unless otherwise stated, WearCredo and House of Credo brand materials and website content, including original artwork, graphics, prints, illustrations, designs, photography, written copy, product artwork, logos, visual identity, and other creative materials, are owned by or licensed to the business and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes connected with browsing or purchasing our products. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, modify, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected content or designs except where permitted by applicable law or with our permission.

Purchasing a physical WearCredo product does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark, design, artwork, branding, or other intellectual-property rights associated with that product.

Nothing on the website grants permission to use the WearCredo or House of Credo names, logos, brand identifiers, or other protected branding except as expressly authorized or otherwise permitted by law.

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment, technology, delivery, social, or other service providers. Independent third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
