Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
1. Returns
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept general returns. Returns and refunds are only available for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or misprinted.
All claims must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
2. Return Process
To report a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email customer service at hello@wearcredo.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Do not return items without prior authorization. The correct return facility may vary depending on the item and fulfillment method. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
If your claim is approved, we will provide further instructions, which may include a replacement or refund.
3. Refunds
If your claim is approved, we will process your refund or replacement. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from approval to process your request.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email once your request has been processed.
4. Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items ordered in the wrong size
- Change of mind
- Sale items (final sale)
- All custom-printed apparel and merchandise are non-returnable unless defective, damaged, or misprinted.
